MYIQ.COM/SYD Complaint Letter
I recently discovered that MYIQ.COM/SYD has taken two payments from my Westpac Everyday account for subscriptions that I never agreed to. The first payment of $48.99 was taken on 9 January, and the second payment of $48.99 was taken on 13 February. I did not authorise any subscription with this company and was unaware that these amounts were being debited from my account until now. Up to this point, I have not contacted either my bank or MYIQ.COM/SYD because I only just realised that these unauthorized charges were made. I consider these debits to be unauthorised and I would like this situation to be investigated. I kindly request a full refund of both $48.99 payments, the immediate cancellation of any subscription or account in my name, and written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further amounts will be taken from my account.
