On February 14, 2026, at 3:08 PM, I placed a water delivery order through the Yemeksepeti app from Saka Su Afyon Dealer using online payment. My order number is #d5o5-0on0.
Even after two hours, the order was neither delivered nor was there any cancellation option available in the app. The order still appears as active. When I called the dealer using the contact information provided in the app, they told me that no such order appeared in their system and therefore they could not make the delivery.
Despite this, my order has not been closed on the Yemeksepeti platform, and I am unable to cancel it. Since I paid online, my payment is still being held in the system, which is causing me inconvenience. I also cannot find any accessible customer service or live support channel within the app—every option appears to be closed. I have neither received my order nor been given a clear resolution regarding my payment.
I am requesting that this issue be resolved immediately, that the order be canceled in the system, and that my payment be refunded to me. I also request that an effective and accessible customer service channel be provided for situations like this. Otherwise, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee during the week.
