Dyson Airwrap Broke Down In Three Months, Delays, and Shady Replacements

I have bought a new series Dyson Airwrap in Turkey. The machine has broken after 3 months, was stopping by giving the red light as soon as I started. I have contacted with Dyson Technical services. As per conversation, Dyson technical services suggested to clean the filter. The filter was clean and it was not normal I was having this problem. The technical services insisted on cleaning the filter as per their instructions and calling again if it happens again. I cleaned the filter and the same problem occurred. I called the service again and they asked me to send them to their Service İn Istanbul. I sent them 03th May and no one has contacted me until I received the message from Dyson on the 11th May that they received and they would make maintenance on it. The cargo was arrived Dyson on the 4th May. I called technical services, and they gave me information that they will change the broken spare part, and don't have it, they gave an order and waiting for the spare part. I told them I would not accept the machine to open and change the spare as it's a new machine that was used for a short time. I requested to change it with a new one, and the service told me they entered my request into their system and to call them next week. I made a search on the internet and found many people have had the same problem with new series airwrap. It looks like a common problem with this new series. They do not care at all, just causing losing time. I sent an e-mail to their support service e-mail address. This time totally different information was given to me, there was no record regarding maintenance and request spare parts. After mail conversation, they informed me they would change with a brand new one. 15th May, I received it. Unfortunately, they sent one of the old used one instead of sending a new one.This is very frusturating and I was very upset to see it. I have called the Dyson techical service and they made video call and took the picture. I have sent an e-mail about it to the support e-mail system. Still no one has contacted me. They knew exactly what they did. I searched on the internet and found many users had the same issue. It is expensive equipment, people buy for it to use a long years without having issues and people pay for it for the name brand and techical service that suppose to be trusted. I would lile to get a new brand one or to be paid the money.
