Dyson V8 Animal Vacuum Service Issue

It's been 3 years since I purchased my Dyson V8 Animal model vacuum cleaner in Turkey. Recently, it started to work intermittently, so I decided to send it in for servicing. After some discussions with the service team, they informed me that I needed to replace two headers, filters, and the main body due to usage errors. I was surprised by this assessment because I had been using the vacuum cleaner very carefully, and I wanted more information about the supposed mistakes I had made. The vacuum cleaner was returned to me after they initially repaired it, and I assumed that they had acknowledged my concerns. However, the same issue persisted when I started using it again. Upon contacting the service, they explained that they had returned it without further repairs because I hadn't paid the 3600TL required for the service. This experience has seriously shaken my trust in Dyson as a company. I reached out to the service representatives again, emphasizing my need to understand the nature of my usage errors. Without this information, paying 3600TL for repairs felt like a waste, as I could continue making the same mistake. They assured me they would follow up, but four days later, I called again and was informed that my file had been closed. To make matters worse, I had to file a complaint against the employee who closed my file. I've been greatly inconvenienced by not having a working vacuum cleaner at home since August 22nd. I sincerely hope this situation can be resolved constructively and promptly.
