Dyson AirWrap Technical Service Problem

Hello, we had a problem with the motor of our Dyson Airwrap device during our trip to Cyprus, and the light started flashing. Even though I cleaned the filter, the problem persisted. I reached out to Dyson Turkey service, and they informed me that they received the product and would repair it, instructing me to await shipment. I offered to cover any associated fees. Later, when I called to inquire about the status, they claimed the product was counterfeit and would not proceed with repairs. Why did they inform me it was being repaired when the payment wasn't accepted, despite being under international warranty? In communication with the Cyprus company, they confirmed the product's authenticity, suggesting Dyson Turkey's reaction to foreign products. They declined repair, even for a fee. Despite their assertion of it being fake, how was I able to register it on the my Dyson application with its serial number and QR code? I find this treatment from a reputed brand's technical service inappropriate. Their actions may stem from having a monopoly on such products. Dyson is unfairly treating its customers. I don't recommend Dyson options.
