Dyson Turkey Has Only Charged 130 Euro for Cleaning My Airwrap Filter

I purchased the Dyson Airwrap from Dyson Turkey in 2020. After two years of usage, the device began displaying a red light and would stop working. I contacted Dyson Turkey's support, and they responded through a video call, examining my device. They claimed the filter appeared clean, but the main body required replacement. They insisted on a payment of 3750 Turkish Lira (approximately 130 Euros) before servicing the device, which I made via a bank transaction. After dispatching the device to the technical service, I received a notification today stating no issue was found, and only the filter had been cleaned, with a service fee noted as zero. Subsequently, I reached out to Dyson Turkey support via WhatsApp to request a refund for the payment. Despite this, the technical support department from Dyson Turkey called to inform me that the payment would not be refunded. I find this deeply unfair as I was charged 130 Euros solely for filter cleaning, contradicting the service form that outlined no charge.

As can be understood from the documents I have attached, the filter cleaning fee appears to be zero. The service clearly states that only filter cleaning was performed. There is no explanation regarding the 3750TL paid.
