I bought the Dyson Airstrait on August 14, 2024, and specifically asked if it came with a storage case. I was told it didn’t, which I found strange considering the high price of the product. I recently discovered that the pink version of the Airstrait is now being sold at the same price as mine but with a storage case included. Aside from the color, it’s the exact same product I purchased.
I called Dyson customer service to explain the situation and requested the storage case be provided to me free of charge. However, they informed me that they only offer assistance for items bought within the last 14 days and that I would have to purchase the case separately for ₺2,499. This is incredibly unfair. A product this expensive should come with a case by default. If the same product is now being sold with a case at the same price, I believe I deserve the same treatment and should receive the case at no additional cost.
