I am absolutely furious with Dyson! I bought the Dyson Airstrait hair straightener in the Prussian Blue/Bright Copper color, and it came without a storage case! This is completely unacceptable. Other color variants of the exact same product include a case, but mine doesn't, and I was told I'd have to pay extra to get one.
I already paid ₺22,000 for this product. Why on earth should I have to pay more for a basic storage case that should be included? It feels like a penalty just for choosing this specific color. This is ridiculous and incredibly unfair. I expect a complete product, not a partial one after paying a premium price.
Dyson, I demand my storage case immediately! I also tried speaking with a customer representative, but they provided no help whatsoever. Stop these arbitrary exclusions and provide the complete product that I paid for!
