Tango Suspended My Account Right After Cash Withdrawal

My account on the Tango app, with the username “a* t***,”** was suspended on Sunday, December 28, 2025, around 9:30 PM, without any explanation. There was a balance of $1 USD in my account, and about 20 minutes after making a withdrawal, I wanted to check whether the balance had been credited. At that point, I saw that my account had been suspended. I am currently unable to log in, and the app also states that my device has been blocked.
I did not receive any email, notification, or explanation regarding the reason for the suspension. I contacted Tango support, but I was not given a clear answer or a concrete solution, and my issue remains unresolved.
I am requesting a clear and detailed explanation of why my account was suspended. If this action was taken unfairly, I ask that both my account and device access be reinstated and that the full balance in my account be refunded.
