Bank Refused Refund for Two Out of Three Unauthorized Tango Charges
On September 19, 2025, three mobile purchases were made on my Axess credit card under the name Tango. Me Limassol, without my knowledge or authorization. The total of these charges was $145 USD, and none of these transactions were made by me.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I emailed both your bank and Tango’s customer service, and at the same time I filed a transaction dispute with your bank. Following the review, I was informed that only one of the transactions would be refunded. However, all three charges were made with the same merchant and in the same unauthorized manner.
Although my card was canceled and a new one was issued, I am asking that the full amount of all unauthorized charges be refunded. I respectfully request that the amounts for the other two transactions that were not approved for refund be returned to me as soon as possible and in full.
