On September 16, 2025, I ordered a Durex-branded sexual wellness product through Trendyol. I later canceled the order, and the app also shows that it was canceled. However, even though 9 days have passed, the refund has not been issued to my debit card.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that the refund would be processed within 2–10 days, but no payment has been credited to my account yet.
