Trendyol Seller Delayed Order Delivery

I placed an order (#8246544654) on 20.03.2024 via Trendyol Mertel seller with a delivery date of 28.03.2024, but my order has yet to be delivered. The seller is unresponsive to my inquiries, and Trendyol customer service claims there's nothing they can do. During this process: 1) The same seller has been advertising the product as 'shipping tomorrow' since March 21st. It's not a stock issue because others who ordered after me have received their shipments. 2) Since payment was made on March 20th, if I cancel and reorder, I'll incur a loss of approximately ₺5000. 3) I was forced to pay the first installment because the payment was deducted from my card. This resulted in further loss. 4) If I cancel my order, who will compensate for these losses?
