Trendyol Did Not Deliver My Awox Study Desk Order on Time
On September 10, 2025, I placed an order through Trendyol for an Awox brand study desk (#10494175533). The estimated delivery date was shown as September 13, 2025. However, for the past 6 days, the product status has remained “on the way” in the system, and it still has not been delivered to me. My delivery address is in Sultanbeyli, Istanbul. When I contacted the shipping company, they informed me that the product had not been physically handed over to them. I reached out to Trendyol live support multiple times, but I was only told there might be a delay, and even though a support request was created, no solution was provided. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and it has caused me serious inconvenience. I demand that the product be delivered to me as soon as possible. I made the payment by credit card in the amount of ₺900. I kindly request that my problem be resolved urgently.
