Trendyol Order Not Shipped For Days And Seller Not Responding To Support
My Trendyol order number 10677807791, placed on 10/11/2025, has still not been shipped even though several days have passed. Since placing the order, I have seen no progress in the system and cannot access any clear information about when the product will be dispatched. I contacted Trendyol customer service multiple times to report the issue, but they told me they could not reach the seller and that I would receive an update. However, I have not received any information from the seller, nor has Trendyol provided a concrete solution. The long delay and lack of communication are causing me significant inconvenience. I request that the product I ordered be shipped immediately without further delay and that the process be communicated to me clearly and transparently.
