My Kids' Toy Broke Down Due To Leaking Duracell Batteries

I had previously filed a complaint with Duracell for our toy that broke down due to leaking batteries. The company contacted me within 4 days and stated that they would make compensation for the broken toy. I sent them all my contact information via e-mail, and we contacted the customer representative. They said they would get back to me as soon as possible. Although it has been about 15 days, no one has returned. By "as soon as possible" do you mean weeks? If so, you should tell this to the customer from the beginning so that we know.
