Duracell AAA Battery Leaked And Ruined My Remote Controller

I am writing regarding an issue I experienced with Duracell AAA batteries that I had been using in my air conditioner remote control for about two years. When I recently checked the remote, I saw that the batteries had leaked inside the device. Due to this leakage, the remote control was damaged and stopped working completely. I could not find a new version of the same model, so I had to buy another used remote control to be able to use my air conditioner again. In this situation, I expect Duracell to cover the cost of the damaged remote control as well as the leaked batteries. I am sharing this complaint so that the damage I experienced can be compensated for and similar problems can be prevented for other customers in the future.
