My Dyson V15 Order Has Been Unshipped for 5 Months
Hello, the round part of the carpet nozzle of my v15 vacuum cleaner was broken. I called the Dyson contact center and thank you, they were accommodating. They said they would supply a new product. After 10 days, I received a message that your product had been shipped. The next day, I received a message saying it was canceled as you requested. I called again for this and they told me there was an update and they were placing an order again. Even though 4 months have passed since the update, no one is sending my title. Despite my repeated calls, there is no response and I cannot use my vacuum cleaner as I wish. I've been waiting for so many months. I will now apply for all my legal rights. If it is not delivered within 45 business days, a new product will be sent. You've been stalling me for 4 months. I want my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible. If it is not resolved again, I will not call you from now on, this will be my last contact and I will go directly to the court.
The product is registered in the name of Arife Salık.
