DS Damat Sold Me a Defective Suit and Still Hasn't Resolved It Before My Wedding

The product we purchased from DS Damat brand in July turned out to be defective. The light in the store is so dim that it is not possible to notice the permanent iron marks on the fabric. Moreover, although it has been almost a month, the examination of the product is still not over. I am getting married in a few days, and for some reason the company inspection teams still have not understood the mistake we realized in one day. I wonder what they are examining so much. Moreover, we do not understand the logic behind the initial inspection stating that there is no defect in the product and offering a 50% discount. If the product is not defective, why should there be a discount on its price? The price discount royalty clearly means denying the existence of the defect, because according to the relevant legislation, I can choose to return the defective product or to have its price discounted. Trying to sell the faulty suit that I cannot return or cannot get a perfect one to the consumer, so to speak, is not a profit for the company; it is nothing but a complete damage to its commercial reputation. I hope this grievance of ours will be resolved as soon as possible, at least before the wedding date...
