My DS Damat Suit Damaged After Just 3 Hours of Wear on My Wedding Day




I purchased a suit from DS Damat at Yenibosna StarCity Mall for my wedding. After wearing it for only 3 hours during the ceremony, the crotch area of the pants and the underarms of the jacket suffered severe deformation, as shown in the pictures. When I returned it to the store, they said they'd send it for inspection. The response I received was ridiculous - they claimed "user error" for a pair of pants that deteriorated in just 3 hours.
I'm calling out to you, DS Damat officials. I swear I won't let this go and I'll take you to court if necessary. I'm being absolutely clear about this. I pay ₺10,000 for a suit, wear it for 3 hours, and you call it "user error"? Keep the money if you want, but how dare you sell such a defective product to a customer? And even if you did, how can this possibly be user error?
I told customer service I only wore it for 3 hours and asked them to note it down. They said okay, but it wasn't mentioned in the email sent to the store. Please, just be honest.
