D’s Damat Refused to Honor a Promotional Price
On December 9, 2025, I purchased a d.s Damat Slim Fit Windproof Fiber-Filled Men's Jacket, model 3HF07ORT04262 in black, from N11 for a discounted price of $12. The product was listed as in stock, and I completed my payment accordingly. However, a few days after the payment, I received an SMS saying, “Your order has been cancelled,” and the order was unilaterally cancelled without any explanation.
My order number is 205179129133. I tried contacting both N11 customer service and D’s Damat, but I have not been able to get any clear information or support, so the issue remains unresolved. I purchased this jacket during a campaign at the stated discounted price while it was shown as available, and I do not accept that the order was cancelled without my approval or a justified reason.
I kindly request that D’s Damat supply this jacket to me again at the promotional price of $12 and deliver it to me as soon as possible. I ask that my grievance be resolved promptly and that I not be deprived of the campaign conditions under which I made my purchase.
