Today I noticed a charge of 49.99 on my Huntington Bank account for a service called Dressly, even though I have never signed up for this service, created an account, started a free trial, or made any purchase from them. This payment is completely unauthorized and unexpected. After seeing the transaction, I contacted Huntington Bank, and they informed me that I should reach out to you about this charge. I am very uncomfortable that an unknown service was able to withdraw money from my account without my consent. I request an immediate refund of the 49.99 that was taken from my Huntington Bank account and the cancellation of any account or subscription that may have been opened in my name without authorization. I also expect you to ensure that no further charges will be made to my account in the future.
