BDG Game Not Crediting Deposit After Bank Transfer – ₹3,500 Missing

I made a deposit of ₹3,500 to BDG Game via bank transfer on 01/03/2026, but the funds still have not been credited to my BDG Game account. The amount has already been deducted from my bank account, and the UPI transaction ID is 643414886204. My BDG Game ID is 15971903. I contacted BDG Game support regarding this issue, and they responded that they have not yet received the funds and asked me to wait, stating that the amount would be credited immediately once received. However, despite this response, the deposit remains uncredited, and the delay is causing significant inconvenience. I request that my ₹3,500 deposit be credited to my BDG Game account (ID: 15971903) immediately, or that this transaction be urgently investigated and resolved without any further delay.
