Doranlive Feels Like A Scam

I ordered a 32‑inch tablet from Doranlive for a total of 89.87, which was shipped with BST under tracking number BST2387213921US. According to the tracking information, the package was marked as delivered today to my address in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada, but I never received it. I have my own entrance and there is nowhere else for the package to be delivered, and I have confirmed that it was not left with anyone else. I attempted to contact BST using the phone number provided, but the number is not in service, so I have not been able to reach any support. This situation and the lack of proper customer support have been very disappointing. Since the tablet has not been delivered to me despite the system stating otherwise, I request a full refund for my order so that I can purchase a tablet elsewhere. I expect this issue to be investigated and my refund to be processed as soon as possible.
