Apolo Sign 32 UHD 4K TV Tablet From Doranlive Not Delivered and Refund Refused

At the end of March 2026, around the 24th–26th, I placed an order for an Apolo Sign 32" UHD 4K TV tablet with Wi‑Fi and stand, through a sales page that opened after watching a live transmission. For this product I paid a total of 67,25 euros. When I made the purchase, I received a package number and a tracking number, but the product has never arrived. Since then, I have sent many emails to the seller. Each time they replied that the order was delayed because they supposedly had too many orders. Despite the time that has passed, I still have not received the TV tablet. Now they only offer me 50% of the amount I paid as compensation, which I consider unfair, since I paid 67,25 euros for a product that has not been delivered. With this complaint I request that they either resend the Apolo Sign 32" UHD 4K TV tablet I ordered, or refund me the full amount of 67,25 euros paid, instead of only 50%.
