I purchased a CRELANDER 10.1-inch tablet (including a mouse, protective case, and stylus, GMS-enabled, 12GB RAM, 512GB/128GB storage, and Type-C port) from Temu under order number PO-147-13667340270714009. On the same day I received the product, I discovered that the tablet was defective—the screen was unresponsive and the device was stuck on the logo without progressing further.
Due to this issue, I returned the product to Temu, and the return was processed on February 20, 2026, with return tracking number POU020949079602. I also paid the return shipping cost out of pocket when sending the item back. Temu later informed me that a refund of ₦100,921 was completed on February 25, 2026, at 12:31 PM. However, despite this notification, my available balance remains zero, and the refund has not been credited to my account.
I am requesting that my refund of ₦100,921 for order PO-147-13667340270714009, along with the return shipping cost I paid, be promptly processed back to my original payment method. I also ask for clear confirmation and, if possible, transaction reference details so I can verify the refund with my bank.
