I Paid for My Domino’s Pizza Order but It Was Never Delivered
On July 24, I placed an order worth ₺763.50 through the Domino’s Pizza app from the Giresun/Bulancak branch. The amount was charged to my account ending in 9303, but since my order was never created, no delivery was made. I did not receive any error message through the app, and the process appeared to have gone through without any issues. Despite reporting the situation both through the app and to customer service, I have received no response and no refund. I have my bank receipt as proof. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I cannot understand why Domino’s has been so unresponsive. I request both a prompt refund of my payment and a clear apology for the inconvenience I have experienced.
Although 763.5 TL was charged to my credit card for the order I placed from Bulancak via the Domino's Pizza app, my order was not created because it remained pending. I placed the order again and paid again. Even though everything is clear with documents, they have not refunded my money even after more than a month. Domino's Pizza is literally a thief... Immoral and thieving Domino's....
