Domino's Pizza  Cancelled Order, Fee Not Refunded

On 19.04.2023, I created an order numbered 99D198 from Domino's website, paid 284TL online. Then Kırsehir Domino's, which is already a problematic business, canceled the order for no reason and I right away called Domino's customer service, and they asuuredly said my refund would be made within 1 day, the following week sikayetvar.com, immediately after the complaint, Domino's Customer Service informed me that the refund would be made within 1-2 days, unfortunately, it has been almost 1 week again and my fee has still not been sent back and Domino's Customer Service cannot be reached in any way. I want my refund to be made as soon as possible.

"It's been a week. There is still not the slightest progress. I call and ask how much longer I will have to wait. They say, "Well, let's also get approval from the branch." The manager is supposed to come at 5:00 PM. They will give information once they arrive. It will be checked. It's the 7th day and we are still where we started. Shame on them. I have nothing more to say."
