Domino's Canceled Pizza Order Refunds And Wallet Balance
My order that I placed on Domino's application on 26.04.2023 with 'Pick-up' has been cancelled. When I called customer service, they told me that the money will be refunded in 3-7days , but it will be almost 1.5 months and there is still no improvement. In the same way, although I loaded the wallet in the Domino's application for the first time, the payment in your campaign was not made. I called and mentioned these to your customer service many times, but they said that the same thing was repeated and transferred to the relevant departments. When I called Garanti Bank, they said there was no refund request. I don't understand exactly where the problem is, whether it's on the Domino's side or within the bank itself. Please, I request the problem to be solved as soon as possible.
