On 07/11/2023, I ordered from Domino's official website using order number DC14F3, only to discover that my order had been silently canceled. Due to the lengthy delay, I checked the website and discovered that it had been canceled. It's inconvenient not to be able to check the status of an order on the website at any time and be notified via message, allowing me to place a new order elsewhere without having to wait. When I called the order hotline, they claimed that I was not at the branch. When I placed the order, however, there was no mention of this, and I received a confirmation saying, "Your order has been successfully received." I ordered a 180 TL menu from the website but paid 210 TL over the phone because the content had to be changed. I believe Domino's system errors or refusal to convey certain orders have caused customers like me to be dissatisfied.

"It's been a week. There is still not the slightest progress. I call and ask how much longer I will have to wait. They say, "Well, let's also get approval from the branch." The manager is supposed to come at 5:00 PM. They will give information once they arrive. It will be checked. It's the 7th day and we are still where we started. Shame on them. I have nothing more to say."
