I placed an order at 5:24 PM today (February 18, 2024) at the City Center store. Even after an hour, I didn't receive my order. The app showed it as delivered. When I called the store, they initially insisted it had been delivered. I explained that I hadn't received it. Then, they assured me it would arrive within five minutes. After waiting for too long, I called them a second time. Again, they claimed it had been delivered. When I reiterated that I hadn't received it and this was my second call, they changed their story, saying they couldn't reach me by phone for delivery. These contradictory statements frustrated me. When I pointed out that I hadn't received any calls or notifications except for the "delivered" status, they continued defending themselves without addressing my concerns. I warned them I would complain, and the person on the phone rudely encouraged me to do so. Very bad customer service and extremely disappointed with this experience.
