Delay in Refund for Undelivered Pizza by Domino's Pizza

I placed an order through Domino's Pizza app on 24.04.2023 but the pizza was not delivered. Although it has been about 2 months for the refund and I have called customer service and emailed many times during this period, no refund has been made yet. Each time I get the answer that the process is in progress. 2 months have passed, how much longer do we have to wait? Everywhere, if it is not delivered on time, there are advertisements such as no refund or gift pizza. Let alone the gift pizza, we have not received our money yet. Completely misleading advertising, completely deceived customers...

"It's been a week. There is still not the slightest progress. I call and ask how much longer I will have to wait. They say, "Well, let's also get approval from the branch." The manager is supposed to come at 5:00 PM. They will give information once they arrive. It will be checked. It's the 7th day and we are still where we started. Shame on them. I have nothing more to say."
