My Dockers Boots from FLO Store Had Zipper Failure—Warranty Rejected Three Times

I bought a pair of Dockers boots from FLO store on 22.12.2023, and after wearing them for less than two months, the zipper completely failed! I sent these boots back to FLO for inspection three separate times, yet unbelievably, every time my claim was denied without any valid explanation. This is absolutely ridiculous—FLO refuses to accept responsibility for a clear manufacturing defect in their own Dockers-branded boots. Why advertise quality and reliability if the product can't even last two months without falling apart? FLO needs to immediately address this issue and provide a fair resolution by either replacing the boots or refunding my money (₺). Stop ignoring clear warranty obligations and take responsibility now—customers deserve better treatment than this!
