My Dockers Boots Cracked After Just 2 Months—Warranty Claim Wrongly Denied

February 18, 2025 11:25 PM27

I bought Dockers boots from FLO on 22.12.2023, but after only two months of actual use, the soles started cracking! These boots were barely worn, yet they're already falling apart—this is clearly a defect in manufacturing quality. When I spoke to FLO's customer representative, they explicitly told me the boots had a 24-month warranty and advised me to send them back for inspection. I followed their instructions exactly, but today they informed me the damage was due to "user error," denying my warranty claim. How can they blame the user for soles cracking in such a short period? This excuse is outrageous! FLO, I demand you honor your 24-month warranty and either replace the defective boots or refund my money (₺) immediately. Fix your customer service and stop ignoring clear product faults!
