Dockers WPL 423 CA00342 Black Pants Suffer Knee Fading After Two Washes

My black Dockers pants, bearing code WPL 423 CA00342, were purchased as a gift for me from your Marmara Forum Shopping Center store. Despite wearing the item a maximum of 10 times in total and washing it only twice, significant color fading has occurred, particularly around the knee areas.

We washed the pants with proper care, strictly adhering to the washing instructions specified on the garment label. Nevertheless, experiencing this level of discoloration after such brief use and minimal washing has caused major disappointment regarding product quality. Unfortunately, I do not have the sales receipt, as the pants were given to me as a gift.

I did not expect to encounter such an issue with a brand like Dockers, from which I anticipated long-lasting performance and high quality. I demand that the product be inspected, evaluated under the scope of defective goods, and ultimately resolved through an exchange, a full refund, or another remedy you deem appropriate.
