My black Dockers pants, bearing code WPL 423 CA00342, were purchased as a gift for me from your Marmara Forum Shopping Center store. Despite wearing the item a maximum of 10 times in total and washing it only twice, significant color fading has occurred, particularly around the knee areas.

We washed the pants with proper care, strictly adhering to the washing instructions specified on the garment label.
