Dockers Fabric Upper Splits Symmetrically Within Two Weeks of Normal Use

On January 23, 2026, I purchased a pair of Dockers sneakers from the FLO store in Sivas Prime Mall Shopping Center. Just 15 days after I began wearing the shoes, the outer textile fabric on both shoes developed tearing, peeling, and severe deformation.

Following this issue, I brought the product back to the store, and an inspection file was created. However, the inspection resulted in a rejection, claiming the defect was due to "user error." Despite using the shoes for a very short period under normal conditions, having them deteriorate so rapidly—only for the entire responsibility to be shifted onto me—has left me victimized as a consumer.

I do not accept that a product could fall into this condition within such a brief timeframe. I request that my Dockers sneakers be evaluated under statutory warranty for defective goods and that a product exchange be granted.
