My Dockers Shoes Came Apart at Seams

I bought two pairs of shoes from FLO on 30.11.2024, including the Dockers by Gerli 237520 4PR Men's Outdoor shoes, and they’ve already started coming apart at the seams! The stitching literally began unraveling after minimal use, clearly indicating a manufacturing defect. When I reported the issue, FLO refused to acknowledge their mistake and completely ignored my complaint. This is outrageous—customers shouldn't suffer due to poor manufacturing! It's unacceptable that FLO dismisses clear production defects and avoids responsibility, essentially stealing money (₺) from honest customers. I'm calling on FLO's management and relevant authorities to take immediate action, inspect their faulty products, and provide an urgent refund or replacement. FLO, stop exploiting your customers—address and fix this problem right now!
