DJI Mini 4 Pro Sensors Stopped Working After Normal Flight


I purchased a DJI Mini 4 Pro drone from Media Markt on September 7, 2024. On September 13, during a flight in normal mode, the drone suddenly displayed an "downward vision sensor error" on the controller. Despite no collisions, falls, or impacts, none of the 360-degree sensors are functioning anymore.
This issue occurred unexpectedly during standard use, and I’m highly disappointed with the performance of a premium product like this. I request immediate assistance to resolve the sensor malfunction. Whether it requires repair or replacement, I expect DJI to address this issue promptly to ensure the drone operates as advertised. This level of failure is unacceptable for such an advanced device.
