DJI Mini 4 Pro Lost Signal and Crashed During ActiveTrack, Causing Severe Damage

Hello DJI,
I’m a user of the DJI Mini 4 Pro, and I experienced a serious issue while filming in ActiveTrack mode. Mid-flight, the drone suddenly lost connection, and instead of executing a stable return-to-home, it veered uncontrollably to the right, flew toward a wooded area, and eventually crashed onto a road.
As a result, two arms were damaged, the gimbal is broken, and there is visible structural damage to the main body. I purchased the drone from MediaMarkt and have already submitted it for warranty evaluation, but I want to emphasize that this was not a user error. The malfunction occurred entirely due to a signal dropout during autonomous flight.
DJI, I kindly request a thorough review of this incident and full coverage under warranty. I trusted your drone’s intelligent features, and they failed mid-operation. Please resolve this issue and restore confidence in your technology.
