

On October 5, 2024, I was flying my DJI drone around my workplace when, at an altitude of 187 meters and 130 meters away, the drone suddenly lost connection with the controller and disappeared. I rushed to the last known location, as shown on the map, and searched for over three hours in the area, but the drone was nowhere to be found. While I still have all the accessories, the drone itself is missing.
I contacted DJI’s authorized service center, but they redirected me to the importer. When I called the importer, I couldn’t get any response from the technical service. Despite my drone still being under warranty, neither DJI nor the store where I purchased it, nor the importer, has provided any help or followed up on the issue. I'm left without any support, and this is unacceptable. DJI must take responsibility for this failure and resolve my problem as soon as possible.
