DJI Mini SE 2 Drone Lost Control and Crashed

I recently purchased a DJI Mini SE 2 drone and attempted to fly it in the evening. Almost immediately after takeoff, it lost control unexpectedly and crashed into a wall, eventually landing on my downstairs neighbor's balcony. The propellers and camera were damaged, which is extremely upsetting, especially considering how much I invested in this drone. This sudden loss of control is concerning, and I am requesting DJI's support to address this issue and find a resolution. I would appreciate assistance in repairing or replacing my drone, as this incident has left me disappointed and worried about the product’s reliability.
