On March 15th, I sent my passport document via Mugla DHL, which cost me a whopping 54 euros. I usually use DHL because their services are quick and reliable, but this time I feel like I wasted my money. It took a week for the Home Office to receive my document, and I realized that I could have sent it in the same amount of time if I had used a cheaper service. So, what's the difference between DHL and other services if I'm paying so much more for the same result? To be honest, I'm unhappy because I expected more from DHL.
