However, when I sought further assistance and mentioned the urgency of the matter, they connected me to unreachable phone numbers outside of their office hours. Despite my insistence, they asked me to wait until Monday for any resolution. To date, I have not received any confirmation via email or phone regarding the status of my service-related request, leaving me feeling like my money has been lost. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable for a reputable company like DHL Express. I am prepared to file complaints through all available channels to address this issue.
