DHL Express Took My Money, Cant Access My Shipment

I paid for the delivery of a document to Germany using DHL Express. After accepting the payment, the service point abruptly closed the website panel, leaving me unable to access any shipment details despite the successful payment. I reached out to customer service, and they advised me to email [email protected] for a refund. I promptly sent the email. However, when I sought further assistance and mentioned the urgency of the matter, they connected me to unreachable phone numbers outside of their office hours. Despite my insistence, they asked me to wait until Monday for any resolution. To date, I have not received any confirmation via email or phone regarding the status of my service-related request, leaving me feeling like my money has been lost. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable for a reputable company like DHL Express. I am prepared to file complaints through all available channels to address this issue.
