DHL Express Delivery Delay

I mailed documents worldwide using DHL Express, but the cost was equivalent to a round-trip plane ticket. It was not delivered within the given time limit, and I received a message saying, "Your address is incorrect; please rearrange and set a new delivery date." When I called, they indicated they didn't offer services at the Gebze delivery location and would recommend a local company instead. There was a two-day delay, and they are still unable to provide a tracking number for the following day, indicating that a delivery time has not been set. When I responded, "Why offer service to a place you can't deliver express to?" they shifted blame. I asked, "Aren't you a global company?" I received the comment, "This is how we operate in our country."
