DHL Hasn’t Delivered My Package for 35 Days and There’s No Tracking Update

My package was shipped with DHL from Germany and has still not been delivered—35 days later. It was sent on April 14, and despite all my efforts to get help, I haven’t received any resolution. For the past 15 days, there has been no tracking update at all, and the package appears to be stuck somewhere with no explanation.
I’ve called DHL customer service multiple times and filled out the official complaint form, but no one has followed up. It’s like they’ve completely ignored my situation. This is unacceptable for an international shipping company that claims to provide reliable and fast service.
I urgently need my package delivered. DHL must immediately investigate this issue, locate my shipment, and complete the delivery without any further delay. I paid for this service expecting professionalism, not complete silence and incompetence.
