I Report DHgate Seller Never Shipped My LED Projector Order

I would not recommend ordering from DHgate, as there seem to be many sellers who don’t fulfill their promises, and DHgate appears to side with them rather than helping customers. I ordered an LED projector, but the seller never shipped it. When I tried to request a refund, I found out that the seller has to approve it first, which didn’t happen. It feels like the seller isn’t taking the process seriously, and DHgate support hasn’t provided any real assistance. It’s been a frustrating experience, and I hope they take steps to better protect their customers in situations like this.
