Never Received My Order from DHgate – Seller Ignored My Issue

I ordered a game console from DHgate.com on April 23, but accidentally confirmed the delivery due to a language barrier. When the package didn’t arrive, I contacted the seller, who told me the item was lost in shipping. I asked for a replacement, but the seller stalled until the transaction closed on the site. Now, every time I reach out, the seller just says the transaction is closed and refuses to help.
I never received the item—it was lost in transit.
The seller is ignoring my issue, and they’ve kept my money.
I’ve tried contacting customer service, but my emails are blocked.
I paid around $50, and after more than 3 months, I’ve received no refund or replacement. DHgate has completely failed to resolve this issue, and I feel scammed.
