Please Help Me!

I am writing regarding my ShareChat account with the profile name “Don”. My account is linked to the mobile number 8281866***, which is an Indian number. I am currently unable to access or open this account and I do not understand the exact reason, as it was working before. When I try to open or log in to my account, it does not allow me to access my profile. I have important connections and activity on this account and I would like to continue using it as before. I have already tried to get help from ShareChat support before, but my problem has not been resolved yet. I kindly request that you check my account number and reopen or recover my “Don” account so that I can use ShareChat again normally.
