I Request uMingle to Review and Lift My Ban

My uMingle account was dynamically banned a few days ago while I was using the app/website on my iPad. On the screen it shows "You are banned" with Ban ID 327a5dc6 and the reason as "Gender Searching", and it also offers an "Instant Unban" option with a payment of Rp39,900. I sincerely apologize, as I did not intend to violate the community guidelines. I was only trying to find new people to chat with and make friends, not to abuse the system or disturb anyone. I kindly request that my case be reviewed and that the dynamic ban on my device and account be lifted without requiring payment, so that I can use uMingle again in line with your rules.
