I am experiencing frequent signal loss with the Dexcom system on my phone, and it’s causing significant concern. This issue has been ongoing for quite some time, and I cannot monitor my child’s blood sugar levels when it occurs. This is a critical problem for our family as it directly impacts my child’s health and safety.

Despite trying various troubleshooting steps, the signal keeps dropping without explanation. I urgently need Dexcom to address this issue and provide a permanent solution. Why is this happening, and what steps can be taken to resolve it? I am requesting immediate support to prevent further risk to my child’s well-being. This situation must be resolved promptly.
