I Face Severe Freezing and Performance Issues with My New Dell G16 7630 Laptop

I purchased a Dell G16 7630 laptop from Hepsiburada for ₺58,000, and since the very first day, I’ve been dealing with constant freezing, startup failures, and performance lags. The device’s performance is far below expectations — it struggles even during basic daily use, which is unacceptable for a product at this price point.

I reached out to Dell customer service multiple times, but they offered no real assistance or resolution. Despite the device still being under warranty, my issue has been completely ignored. It’s deeply disappointing to spend this much on a so-called high-performance laptop only to end up with a device that constantly malfunctions.

I’m requesting that Dell take back the laptop and resolve this issue properly, either through a replacement or refund. My order number is 488 825 424, and I’m located in Zonguldak, where the problem persists continuously.
